We at the Pignaverde Foundation are committed to the preservation and maintenance of protection forests, particularly in mountainous areas and especially in our home region of Graubünden.

In close cooperation with the forestry offices of our partner communities, we support specific projects to safeguard and sustainably maintain the forest. After all, the protection forest protects us from natural hazards such as avalanches or rockfall, is a habitat for many species, a natural climate regulator and a place of recreation for us humans.

We are convinced that those who protect the forest also protect the future.
That is why we want to give something back to the forest - out of responsibility for nature and future generations.
